Over the last 3 weeks the engine has died 3 times without warning.
If left overnight the engine starts first time and runs fine, until next time.
Tonight it happened again about a 1/2 mile after starting the engine it died.
This time I had some tools and verified that the fuel pump was running, connected relay contact E to 12volt. Connected spark plug to HT lead and NO SPARK when engine cranked. So ignition problem.
I know that the engine will start in the morning so how do I test for the faulty part i.e ignition coil/ pick-up coil or other.
No fault codes reported. only code 12.
