Website and Speaker question

I understand that onlinecarstereo.com is not licensed, but its so inexepensive that I cant resist it......... Does anyone else recommend products from this website???

Also I have 4x6" speakers in my front dash......... is it better to get plate speakers, or the oval shaped 4x6" speakers ( does one have better sound quality)? Instead of 4x6" what about getting a pair of 4" speakers with a scosche plate? What will I most likely be happier with?

Re: Website and Speaker question

I had the infinity kappa plates for a while they sounded really good, but if you want to get the best get a set of comps, i just cut out the original grille cover and put the speakers right in through there. Then i put the tweaters on the front pillars. Im waiting for my new amp, using a shitty scoshe i got for free, didnt have the money for another amp at the time.

Might as well go ebay if your going without manufacturer approved dealers.

Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.

Re: Website and Speaker question

paul, have you bought something from onlinecarstero.com that has been dremeled? Most audio equiptment doenst have a seriel number, especially drivers and amps.

Onliearstereo.com Honors their 1yr warranty. OCS is a step or two above buying from eGay... Ive bought a number of thigns from them including subs, amps, speakers, and wiring. It comes in the manufactures original box and packing and none that i have bought have been opened. They offer a 1yr warranty equivilent to the same terms as the manufacturer.

Onlinecarstereo.com seems to be the best wholesaler ive run across. 100000% better than Ikessound.com which got STARTED on eGay.

Re: Website and Speaker question

i've bought one thing from onlinecarstereo. it didn't work, but i sent it back and they promptly sent me the newer model of what i ordered (the older model was sold out). good customer service, except i could barely understand the lady on the phone (sounded asian). i would buy from them again.

Re: Website and Speaker question

i havent seen or heard of it except from you, and i do think you are highly credible. However they are still an upstanding company compared to buying off of eGay or from Ikesound.

Re: Website and Speaker question

Millionbuy.com . Never again while they did have fast shipping and they do have good prices most of what they carry is junk, legacy, sony, pyramid, boss, the best thing they have is profile. I bought some 6x9 boxes off of there as a set they where both completely different. If you dont care about quality and just want well junk then yeah there great for that.

Re: Website and Speaker question

Thats probably a good idea, even though ebay would be at the top. Ive never had problems with them, bought tons of audio equipment and other things with no problem. Yeah theres some fakes beeing sold, but most of its legit and you cant beat some of the prices.
