Cobra IRS on a 2000GT drop top

Hey i am purchesing a 2000 Mustang GT drop top. I wonder can i put in the 99-2003 cobra independt suspension on my car or does it need all of modications?

It will bolt right in. Ford didnt change the chassis, they just designed the IRS to fit right in.
