A/C Kaput on 97 c/k

My a/c no longer blows cold on my 97 silvarado. Anybody have any idea how much is will cost to fix this?

First thing you will have to find out the problem.
Does the compresser run? Any check air freon or engine lights?
The first thing is check freon level.
You will need a set of low and high gauges to do saftey and propery do that.
Something like these and not one of them wal mart recharge death kits.

With the compresser running Post back the low and high side readings at idle and at 2500 rpm.
And we can go from there.
