clearwater cylinder head

well i bought a rebuilt head for my 6 bolt from these guys that came with a 1yr warranty and stuff. i put my car back together a couple weeks ago and ive been driving it back and forth to work to break my rebuilt motor in and the new clutch. well anyway i finally hit a little boost not much like 7 lbs and there ws no pull so i went to my friends house and did a boost test and we fixed that and when we started it up there was loud as hell knocking in my head. so the next day we pulled the head and found nothing until i toucked a valve and the thing would move side to side. so i said faulty valve guide. so anyway i call them tell them and they told me to go fuck myself that its my problem even though i have a paper here that says 1yr no hassle warranty what do you guys thing i should do about this cause i really need my car back up and runing its the only one i have right now
