It's also valuable to let people know about good things.
I have just made my first purchases from hiroboy.com and all I can say is that it's a shame the rest of the world doesn't function that well! Order made on Thursday and goods waiting for me at the office on Monday morning in Warsaw, Poland - outstanding! Great communication, updates at every stage of the process and goods well packed and labelled. Steve, I wish you every success and just hope that when you get bigger than HLJ and MediaMix combined, you will still be able to maintain that level of customer service - that's what brings customers back. Thanks again.

Klutz - i totally agree. I have ordered stuff from Steve several times and i must say that the service he provides is outstanding! I will most definately buy more stuff from him.

I ordered today and already have 2 updates. One that the paypal payment is received and that it is being packed now. If it is shipped tomorrow, it is very fast shipping!

I echo all the comments above, but the strange thing with the orders I`ve had from from Steve is that the items arrive at my door before the email telling me he has posted them arrives in my inbox?????? -- It is almost as if he has jumped into that R32 and delivered personally
 . Thanks Steve, with service like that who`d go anywhere else.

Steve Definately won a watch with me since his service is SUPREME and the speed at which his goods is increasing makes me wanna purchase more, But i had to nail my hands to the desk to stop that happening...
Btw my dog had to type this for me.. SAS = Simply Awesome Service.
