TS paints questions

Hi guys,

Just two quick questions. On some of the TS paints I've noticed some reference to TS13 on the top label between some Japanese writing. Seen it on a recently aquired TS76 (Chrome silver) as well as TS51 (Racing blue). Since Japanese is not my forte, can somebody please tell me what they're saying? I see no reference to that in English. Would guess it's a notice saying either for best results, use with TS13 or please do not screw up the finish of this paint with TS13 - but which one?!

Second question - I have a kit (R390) requiring MS3 (Bright red). How close is that to TS49? Or is there another red in the TS range close to it?

To put it simple, these colours need to be clear coated in order to bring out the shine. That's what the label sais, at least that's what's been stated at some sites I've ordered from before.

Can't help with the first question but regards the second one: MS-3 and TS-49 are identical.
