engine conversion

Hi I am new to this forum but not to geo metro. question for someone that may have attempted this before but how difficult would it be to replace a 4 cylinder engine with the 3 cylinder engine how many of the harnesses would be different and or enging mounts.

It'd be about the same as replacing the 3cyl with a 4cyl... Read this article, and it'll make a lot of sense why it's a real pain...

yes, your better off buying a 3 cyl car if thats what your after, unless you have a parts car and lots of spare time its not worth the trouble to convert it
