Ummm yeah.

That Neon's been around forever, nice looking but I don't see what makes it "better." It all boils down to personal preference. I'm not into body kits personally.

i see and i think that's cool but i guess sometimes bodykits do make a performance difference... like a carbon fiber hood and so on...

Kits and a cf hood won't increase performance by that much. For real performance you have to do hell of a lot of engine mods, weight reduction (as in stripping the interior and getting rid of unncessary options). A few bolt ons won't cut it. Unfortunately alot of shops out there sucker people into beliveing they will.
