envoy ac only blowing out hot air!! help!!

1998 gmc envoy is blowing out hot air on all vents even when it is cold outside no matter what setting you place the dial on. what could be causing this and how do i fix it please help someone! also i believe this could be a blend door issue and if anyone knows how i can get to the blend door and how i can get it to work please let me know

First confirm the a/c is working at all, is the compressor running ,is the lp line into the evap cold?

yes compressor is on all lines are getting cold freon pressure is good checked with gauge all is working well in the engine compartment just not getting into the cab.

Is this a manual or electronically controlled system. If electronic something in the system that selects the position of the temp door is not working properly, if manual could be a temp door actuator, either way this can be a tough diagnosis.
