Post Poll; who would want a Skyline? and has the $...
Hello everyone, well to start off I am bringing a car to sell over here (a R34) and just wanted to see what the market was over here... so...

- Who would want a Skyline/Silvia and actually has the money to buy one; we are talking $30,000 and over. (No highschoolers please)

- Also, having the money and without dreaming, what model Skyline/Silvia would you want?


I donīt know, maby if a lot of people want Skylines/Silvias I may bring some over here and sell them (and without the hefty price tag that Motorex was giving, more like outrageous price tag).

Did anybody else notice how GM seems to be really overhyping the new Camaro? I have a bad feeling about this...

u can legalize them in japan, but it won't allow for the car 2 come to the usa. and if i wanted one, just a metallic blue r34, nothing special. and if the price didn't go above that of a sti or evo, then i'd buy one, if it did, i'll get one of those pocket rockets or kid's toy's. over 50, i'll get a fricken used 911

When it comes to importing a motor vehicle, there is no such thing as 48 state legal. The EPA is the government authority regulating the "smog" side of importation and they use the California Air Resources Board (C.A.R.B.) standards. Thus if it is federally legal it is 50 state legal.

It always amazes me that someone who wants you to trust them with tens of thousands of dollars of your money is too ignorant to even read a few pages of info from the EPA or NHTSA.

I don't doubt that he can bring them over. I doubt that he can make all the safety modifications and rig up an OBDII system in his free time.
