Replacing Window Regulator 97 Marquis - DIAGRAMS / INFO SHEETS?

Anyone got a service sheet they can scan in and email or post on the net for me on changing out a 97 Marquis Window Regulator? Took door panel off, cable is all goofed up, talked to an guy locally who is a mechanic who said order one up and he would help me drill out the existing rivots and put a new regulator in place with nuts and bolts vs rivots.

I see how its in there but any tips or info sheets or something like that - that might help on how to take old out and put new in would be greatly appreciated.

Regulator was alot cheaper than I realized $40 for the part new online, hoping for a bit more $ and a good saturday afternoon we can get this thing replaced and working again.

If you can help at all with any technical/diagrams etc on how this all comes apart or whatnot please let me know.

Of course any and all other info that might help aid in the removal and install of the new (pics more diagrams etc) any and all info greatly appreciated.

Well my online mechanic/friend came over and helped (ok DID) the work on this, glad to say the new regulator is in and working great!

Big thanks to Ron for driving over and helpin me (ok doing 98% of it) and getting the window going again!
