How do you disarm horn/remote door lock

Have 98 JGC with remote door lock that sounds horn when the remote is used to lock all dors. Owners manual says this can be disarmed by dealer. Anyone know how to disarm without going to dealer.

Would also like to arm feature that turns on headlights with windshied wipers and the chime for low fuel.
