Re: what exhaust is best

I just got a magnaflow... I love it! Its exactly what I was looking for! Nice quiet low rumble at idle, mean when you're on it, and quiet at cruising speeds. All for a very reasonable price too.

Re: what exhaust is best

Are you looking for sound or performance? Because flowmaster is good sound with bad performance, magnaflow isn't that loud, but flows well. SLP LM has decent sound with good performance. www.ls1sounds.com for sound clips.

Re: what exhaust is best

Don't go with Flowmasters they don't flow for crap and they sound like crap too. I would go with a magnaflow system or if you have the money go with a borla setup. I had a Dynomax system on my car when I had it and really liked that, it sounded great all the time and didn't have the annoying drone when cruising.
