"90 525power seats,windows,locks,sunroof,radio not working

I checked the fuses and there all good, does any one have a suggestion. Could it be a relay switch, and how would I test them to see which one, I don't have money to take it to the shop, could I test them myself???

i think there is a circuit underneath the backseat im having the same problem

i think i just figured it out there is a fuseable link next to the battery
