95 Windstar a/c electrical

Looking to find out WHAT part connects to the a/c electrical wires. As you look down at the engine its to the right of the w/s solvent bottle and under the top edge of the radiator. there is a group of wire there. someone cut something off the connector and its a live wire. I need to know what its suppose to be and what it connects to. A/C is not working, electrical check found no power to compressor. Hoping someone out there still has a 95 Windstar with operating a/c that can tell me what belongs there and hopefully even a part number. going to Ford parts and service has not helped.

Re: 95 Windstar a/c electrical

If you want to repair the problem yourself, you will need a good electrical wiring diagram.
I have a subscription to www.alldatadiy.com which has wiring diagrams.
With those, you can track your problem down, if you are handy at that sort of thing.
I am, as my degree is in Electrical Engineering Technology......and the first thing that I would do is get to a good wiring diagram.
