Coil Packs???

Would coils from say a '97 Bonneville(3800) work on my
'95 GA(3100)???

i got a slite miss the first thing in the morning then goes away
in a few minutes,, i put new wires and plugs on still no dice.

i think i got a pack thats weak,car has 145K,, original packs.

any thoughts??????

If the 3800 is non-supercharged the coils will work on the Grand Am. They are the exact same part number. You may want to clean the idle air control motor as well as changing plugs and wires if they have not been changed in a while.

Plugs and wires are new, throttle body was tore down and cleand..
