Jiffy Lube "F'd in the A"
Not exactly about dealers but,
http://www.nbc4.tv/video/9152183/detail.html I saw something like this on 20/20 or Dateline, or something a few years ago, but I wasn't a member of this site then  . So, anyone ever in a similar situation; when you knew the mechanic didn't repair anything, or told you you needed additional maintenance? |

That was an eye-opener. I had been to Jiffy Lube for the last three oil changes. The last time around I have a feeling that he pressurized for a transmission fluid change when it was probably not needed (well most certainly it was not).
Interestingly, I am not the only one who has problems with Jiffy Lube. http://www.jiffylubeproblems.com/ |
