ka=sr
all i can think about is powering a 240 by means of an s15 sr20 but the last thing i really need to know, is about aftermarket parts. can ka parts be used on sr20 engines and or vice versa?
i know ive been strainin yall for this info but this is one of my main sources of info

For aftermarket parts, no KA parts and SR parts are different. Some stock parts from the KA will fit the SR though. Parts like the KA24DE (91+) AC compressor will fit onto the SR. Only 3 of the 4 bolts will bolt up but it still works fine. You can also use the Alternator from the KA24DE (91+) on the SR. It's not as hard these days to get parts from japan for your SR as it was a couple of years ago. You can check out sites like
www.takakaira.com www.optauto.com and many more that will sell you parts that come directly from japan.
