Front end vibration.....

i started having this vibration 2 days ago. Starts up when i hit 60mph. its a pulsating vibration with a 1second pause before the 2nd vibration. I pulled the tired last night and didnt see anything wrong when checking the outer tierods, swaybar link, rotors/pads, tires. Tires are about a year old and have even tread wear. I got the passenger side outer tierod replace along with an alignment donw last october. So i dont know what else to check. Only thing is that maybe one of the front tires need to be re-balanced or something but the wheel weights are there.

Re: Front end vibration.....

Start simple and have the tires checked for balanceand a get a front end inspection done, especially if you live in a pot-hole prone area. If that doesn't help, then you could have a hub bearing or other issue.

Re: Front end vibration.....

I had this issue a while back and went to get the tire balanced.
The tire guy told me he couldn't do it because the belt had slip, thinking he was full of it I jacked it up and spun the wheel and sure enough he was right the tire wasn't even round any more.
After a new set of tires and alignment shes back to her old self and rides like a new car.
