i wrecked my 1989 ford thunderbird and broke my header panel does anyone know where i can get one cheap at

You're gonna have to go to a u-pull-it/pick-a-part to get it for cheap. If you go to a junkyard that pulls it for you, their gonna charge 70 to 100 bucks. If you pull it yourself, you'll probably only pay 15-20 bucks. I wouldn't pay much more than that...
Good luck! Also, I doubt that you're going to find one for cheaper than 100 bucks anywhere online. It may happen, but I doubt it.
