Cam Gears and Power Pulleys

How much horse power to Cam gears add to your car and samw wiht the power pulleys. Are they worth buying??

Cam gears only make a difference if they've been adjusted on a dyno. Otherwise, left at 0 degrees they do nothing. The addition of the adjustment really can't be guessed, it's dependent upon the ability of the man running the dyno, the mods on the car and weather conditions.

pulleys on a n/a honda would gain about 2-3 hp. cam gears, it depends on your setup, and need dyno tuning.
