Climate Control Lights?
Hi.
I have a 2000 Civic SE. The light for the 3 climate controls are out. (I'm assuming they light up, I bought the car not too long ago). I try to take out the whole unit with the radio and stuff but didn't wanna break anything. The Haynes manual was of very little help. Is a light bulb burned out? A fuse maybe? Everything else lights up fine apart from those three. How do I take it apart? Thanks. Last edited by Dukem; 06-27-2006 at 11:56 AM. |

Re: Climate Control Lights?
i replaced my radio bezel with one from ebay and when i did one the lights didnt work...the just follow the steps in the manual, if you have to unscrew the center console just take it all apart. If the climate controls still work chances are its probably just a fuse or a bulb.

Re: Climate Control Lights?
SilverCvik, the manual does a horrible job of how the thing comes out. I took out the centre council and everything around it, but it wouldn't come out. I didn't wanna force anything. Unlike my Jeep, I'm very careful with the Civic. A big hammer always solves my problems with the Jeep. I have to be more finesse with the Civic.
