national Auto service review website idea

Just a thought-
I think someone should make a comprehensive forum for auto service repair shop reviews, for body shops, mechanical shops, ect. It should be like Ebay's review system where it is user based. If consumers could browse locally for reviews and post reviews it would be a useful tool, just think what would happen if a website like this caught on nation wide and was well known. I recently got hosed by a body shop and I wish i could post a public review on these people, by the way there name is Around the Clock Towing and collision shop in Wyandanch, NY Long Island 631-491-5900 Dont Go Here!
Is anyone good with starting websites?
