there are quite a few good sites to check out prices http://www.pricewatch.com/ is my favorite to check the going rates.

Dude! Get a Dell!
Actually, that's what I'd go with or a Gateway. For being brand new and some with an Intel Pentium 4 processor, they are the cheapest and the best!
