Some new drawings

Hi all. Finally I've managed to scan some of my latest work.

Some import tuner from the 90s, just from my head, probably a Accord and a Civic.

A concept, very small and therefore a bit messy

A 350z I drew from my mind after reading an article in Modified Mag.

What I'm currently trying to do is learning shapes and design features of famous cars in order to beeing able to draw them from each angle without a reference. This ain't easy 'cause there are so many different cars in the world, but I think it's a quite impressive skill when one can do that.

I did these a few minutes ago. Its a 98-03 or so Mazda 323F (I think they are called Protege in the US?) from a friend of mine. I did these after looking for pics of it on the web before. I tried to give them the loose designer look.

Please give comments!

Thanks

Robin

Re: Some new drawings

Very nice conceptual drawings. I like the 350Z the best. Good work.

Re: Some new drawings

Nice. I like the reflections you did on the sides.

The proportions are a bit messy, but I love them.

Re: Some new drawings

the first pic reminds me of a(n) Opel Omega/ Cadillac Catera. I like the Mazda best. Great job!

Re: Some new drawings

Thanks for the many replies guys!

I used FaberCastell polychromos pencils for the first and second one. The Fairlady and the Concept were done with Copic Markers and some black polychromos for adding the darker shades.
