Swapping 95 to 98 front end????

I have a 1995 z28 and would like to swap out the front end to the newer looking 1998 and above, to my knowledge this would require the fenders, hood, front bumper and the headlights, i would like to know if this will directly bolt on or if its gonna require any kind of modification, please let me know of anyone who has some know how..
