Does anybody know where to get a new or used 96 avenger engine for a reasonable price 2.5 preferebly

Do a google search for "rebuilt engine", check ebay, call around to your local junkyards. Prices will range from about $125 for a caveat emptor motor from a u-pull-it salvage yard to about $3000 for a professionally rebuilt, warrantied engine including installation.
