Can someone explain to me what Cryo2 is? Also the difference between that and nitrous?

Re: Finally! Got the trunk and interior finished. Check it out!

NA im not boosted, or charged yet. Warranty just got up like 3 months ago. But heres what cryo2 is: http://www.designengineering.com/pro...asp?m=sc&cid=1 . Not nitrous, safer then nitrous, not as much HP, cheaper to buy, and no one else has it lol. To sum it up in a couple words, but check the link out it goes into detail. Just ordered the purge kit and intake sprayer today. From what i here people wit turbo charged cars they spary it into their intercooler n it makes a dramatic difference

I know guys were spraying their intercoolers with it, thus why i asked if you were boosted or were just using that bottle to hold nitrous. But i am assuming your just spraying it onto your intake then probably?

I would think that bad boy pulls down at least a 19 in the 1/4.

Re: Finally! Got the trunk and interior finished. Check it out!

Hmm, Cryo2 seems pretty cool and the fact that it's co2, and you can go to anywhere that refills paintball guns and such makes it really convenient. Say you got every add on you can for it, including the intercooler sprayer for a turbo kit, roughly how much HP do you think that would gain? Close to having nitrous? Far from? Almost there? lol I might look into this Cryo2 stuff, but I dont want to feel like I settled and went the cheap way out later down the road when someone with nitrous shows me up, ya know?

Also, how is it safer? I don't know much about the details of nitrous so this is kind of a grey area for me.

Re: Finally! Got the trunk and interior finished. Check it out!

Yea def convenient, and cheaper. Im not sure how much total power your get guess it all depends on what car and conditions. But i have heard from guys using just the intercooler spray on an srt-4 they got 15hp havent seent any dyno results on the others.
