2003 F-150 Super Cab Heater won't blow out floor. A/C fine.

2003 Ford F-150 Super Cab Lariat 5.4L Automatic Transmission

The heat will only come out the defroster vents, but the A/C works normally. Is this a usual problem and how can I fix it?

This problem is *usually* due to a vacuum leak in the HVAC mode door system.
