Buzzing noise after start-up? 94' Civic Ex

right after i start my car im getting a buzzing noise coming from somewhere on the passenger side of the engine compartment. it will buzz for like a second maybe and do it again following that and even possibly a third time, then it will stop and be fine while im driving. some times it wont do it when i start but for the most part it will.what i find wierd though is that when i start my car up with the brake depressed, i feel a faint click in the pedal right as the buzzing stops. my ABS light is almost always on.could that have something to do with it?also the sound only got really aparent after i put my intake on, though im sure they are not related.its not really a problem just a neuscence and i wanna figure it out.
Anyone have any ideas???
