Welcome. Behind the strut on the passenger side, there are 3 or 4 relays, fuel, fan, ac, not too sure about the 4th. The 2 black ones are fuel and ac.

On my sons 93 GA the relays are on the firewall between the blower and the Windshield wiper motor. They are in a small box mounted to the firewall by 2 10mm screws. you have to take off the box to reveal the relays.
