*Finished: 1/24 Nismo S-tune Skyline Coupe*
Hey everyone,
I finally got this project done. This is my first true attempt at scratchbuilding/customizing a kit. Feedback is more than welcomed. ![]() ![]()

I donīt like the engine hood that much. Looks a bit to heavy for my taste, a smaller air vent would have been even better.
But except for that itīs a nice and very well executed model ![]()

Maybe lower it a bit and paint the chrome grille to match the wheels????
You did a great job on the paints. Congrats man. |

Re: *Finished: 1/24 Nismo S-tune Skyline Coupe*
Hey guys,
Thanks for all your constructive criticism and comments. Hopefully I will be able to achieve positive feedback for every aspect of my model one day. I'll keep working at it. As for the ride height, it was not expected to sit so high. When I did test fitting, I didn't put the windshield in, so the body sat a lot lower, in fact I was afraid it would turn out too low. But once the windshield was put in, the shell sat a lot highier because the windshield was now sitting on top of the interior. I'll remember this for my next model. As for the color of the grill, mirror, wing and rims, they all are painted gunmetal. For some reason, they just don't all look the same in the pictures.
