How to get to the gauges of my '94 civic to install aluminum gauge bezel

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to take off that part of the dash consisting of the vents and where it also boxes in the gauges. There are two screws underneath the top of that, other than that I cant find a single screw. Are there hidden snaps or something? Hidden screws possibly? Someone please help me so I can get to my gauges and finally install my bezel...this has been driving me crazy! Thank you!

In my accord, you have to crack open the hub between the steering wheel and the dash. It basically snaps together. Once that's off, there are two screws in the bottom side of the gauge cluster that have to be removed. After that, its all simple.

Again, this is in my Accord, but i would imagine its similar principle for the civic.
