vinyl
I have a problem. I looked the vinyl on the car yesterday morning and noticed that a good bit of it was brown, had no idea were it came from. Tried last night for hours trying to get it off, car wash soap was a no go. I tried dawn in case it was grease and no go I even tried some simple green, and all it did was lighten it. I looked today were I usually park at metro link (which is by a dumpster) and notice that the ground around the dumpster is also a brown color and then I remember that around a ton of dumpsters gets this brown film.
Basically I can't get it off, removing the vinyl is not in the budget due to I'd have to repaint. Any help? Last edited by Cavalier2000; 06-16-2006 at 06:09 PM. |

Re: vinyl
Denatured alcohol or a quick wipe with MEK (methyl ethyl keytone)
