converting 82 suzuki samurai to 4.3L with turbo 350 tranny

Hey I am looking to find out what wires I have to liven up and what wires I have to ground I got the 4.3L out of a 87 half ton chevy van got the complete wiring harness from under the hood plus the one that goes to ecm I didnt get the one that plugs on to the interior side of the fire wall that hooks to the exterior side with the ten mill bolt Do I Need This? I also got the ecm and all the sensors Thanks any halp would be apreciated

You will need it all.
Plus a good repair manual that has all of wiring Diagrams.

Emissions Laws
The Federal Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 has extended the prohibition against removal or rendering inoperative vehicle emissions control devices by the consumer. Changing an engine or even a transmission in a vehicle may change its pollution status and render it illegal for street or even off-road use on lands that are covered by emissions laws.
