Keyless Entry QUestion

hey

ok my keyless entry never worked since i got the car(97gt)

first thing i did was buy a battery for the remote but it still dont work

just wondering what steps i should do to find the problem
where is the sensor located?
is there any issues with these? are there fuses that could have gone?

any help is apprechiated

Have you tried reprogramming the thing? There should be instructions somewhere in here.

yeah there are plenty of threads about the remote keyless entry, do a search including the words "keyless entry" theres alot of them. hope this helps
