altima hesitating ALOT
once again, we have a problem.
94 altima gxe 5spd. My altima is hesitating ALOT when i accelerate hard -- its almost hazardous to try to pass someone when i dont have alot of time... I suspect the clutch is of course worn (127000mi) but not useless. When i start from a dead stop, the rpm needle makes an inconsistent climb to whatever RPM until it hits around 3000, then its pretty constant, this occurs most in the first and second gears. its not really noticeable in the other gears. If i try to floor it from a dead stop, you can hear from the low pitch of the exhaust that the throttle's all the way open, but the car crawls until it finally starts really revving up. Is this a transmission problem? Could be the clutch? I replaced the fuel filter very recently so i dont suspect clogged lines.. anyone have any ideas?

Re: altima hesitating ALOT
ah yes, in addition "blipping" my throttle apparently is not possible; what i mean to say is that the throttle really isnt responsive like that at all, i have to give it a really good amount of gas to raise up rpms if im in the lower range, know what i mean?
