You can repair either; quality of the leather repair is proportional to the $$ you put into it, having the seat reupholstered is the best option if the seat is worn, IMO.
The window may or may not be able to have it filled, (like when they repair a star on a windshield); take it to a glass place and ask them to take a look, they might fix it right there for you.

yea... you basically need your seats reapplostered as fred said...and i think they can fill minor scratches...is it like the tint is scratched or the window it's self?
