Buying a car in Canada
Do you have to do anything special if you buy a used car in Canada and take into the states?

lol, yes. Youll be paying some serious cash depending on the car, how old it is, and EXACTLY where it was built (check VIN).

yeah they have a lot of odd rules about that, i was considering buying a type r there once but due to the red tape, i left the idea far behind..
your best bet is to call a dealer in canada, and then call the dmv they should be able to give you all the info you need.. and the fees...
