caliper question

I know this may be a dumb question, but for some reason im unsure. What is the diffrence between loaded and unloaded calipers?

Loaded calipers come with all hardware including pads. Unloaded calipers you will need to transfer items from your old calipers to the new ones. The unloaded ones are less expensive but basically all you get is the caliper with no extras.
