to know how to identify the si tranny SOHC

i hope that theard help peopel who search at the short gear tranny (si) in the 92-95 SOHC civic
all the dx,lx and si have stiker s20-xxxxxx but it just a serial no and dont tell the gear ratio. but what tell the gear ratio( long or short tranny) is a metal stamp in back hoses of the tranny its a circle divided to two parts the up part include P20 in both of the tranny ( the long and the short) but the down part which tell you if the tranny short gear or long gear. if it A000 its long tranny like which in the photo but if it B000 its short tranny . but sorry i have no photo for the short gear now
i done my best to make the photo clear. in the photo the stamp which the i told and in the last photo the location of that stamp.

Re: how to identify the si tranny SOHC

for the 1989-1991 tanny (caple). look to the same stamp

PL3/A### = small bearing case - DX/HF/STD
PL3/B000 = large bearing - SI/ZC
PL3/3000/6000/9000 = large bearing - SI/ZC
