1994 Camry shakes when accelerating

I have a 1994 Camry that runs well, but is having an intermittent engine problem. About once or twice a week, the car steering wheel will shake considerably when accelerating from a stop. I watch the tach and the RPMs seem normal. By the time I come to my next stop, the problem is gone. The car also seems to have a loss of power sometimes while accelerating.

This only happens when the engine is warm and has been driven for a while on the highway or in stop and go traffice. No problems at all when cold.

I had 120K work done about 2 months ago (timing belt, water pump, radiator flush, all other belts, etc.) I also replaced the entire distributor assembly. The plugs and wires were NOT changed and nothing was done to the fuel filter or fuel pump because they had been serviced about 20K miles ago.

Should I just get new plugs and wires or does this seem like something fuel system related or something else entirely?

Any help is appreciated.

I would do wires and plugs first. I have had plugs fail even sooner than 20000 miles.
