heres some advice

the other day my malibu wouldnt crank over in the morning so i left and decided to fool with it later that night.well i checked the fuses and they were all in good order along with the relays.i listened for the fuel pump under the car with the key on and it was working.so i hooked up a fuel pressure gauge and was getting the correct pressure even with the engine not cranking.scratching my head i left it and went and borrowed a diagnostic scan tool from a friend.i hooked up the scan tool and went threw the list.it turns out it was the camshaft position sensor that had failed.it cost about 30 bucks at autozone.so if anybody is having problems getting their car to turn over or it wont turn over and the battery, starter, fuel pump and fuses are working i would check the camshaft position sensor or the crankshaft position sensor.needless to say this is not really an easy repair and not many people can get their hands on a service center scan tool like that but those things could be whats wrong with your car.
