Idiots that slow down 15mph BEFORE the exit ramp. What the fuck? Why the fuck do you slow down? The long ramp is there for a damn reason, slow down ON the ramp, not on the fucking freeway

yea i hate that too, since i tend to accelerate on the oval turn, not brake...sucks to have to brake when they just brake to like 15mph on an exit ramp....

lol i've passed people on the interstate as i go down the exit ramp and they continue straight. what's the point of doing 60, in the 65, when u could do 75..and not get pulled over? and yeah that does annoy me when people feel they need 3/4 of a mile to slow down from 65 or 70 mph. same goes for idiots who brake to go thru a green light. i've come close to reending someone who felt the need to slam on their brakes to go thru an intersection, when there was no one else in the intersection and we had the right of way. *no i wasnt following too closely but when ur doing 30 and they're doing 30 and suddenly they're doing 15..*

Yeah, I hate that. I speed most of the time (on a freeway) so when this shit happens, I get pissed. I usually have enough room to pass them so I do. Then they look at me crazy!

what gets me is the people that are getting ONTO the freeway. may god if they sped up faster then traffic they can merge sooooo much easier but no the have to go slower IF NOT STOP.

Eh.. it isnt as bad as having to slow down to about 2-5 MPH so someone can make a turn in the freaking neighborhood..

I turn into my neighborhood street at 40-45. The main thoroughfare through the neighborhood is 35 and the main road to turn in there is 45, so I dont need to slow down much. If there are kids out, slow it down more. (Unfortunately people cut through here at about 50...even over the speed humps. Usually on their phone and not alert for small kids.)

While we're on the subject. I hate people who think they can fly through the neighborhood. Im lucky enough to live in a neighborhood where there is a main road that cuts all the way through thats marked 35mph, and then there are branches with the houses through there which arent marked, but are obviously slower. Though people still fly through at 30-35 with kids out. Its rather appalling.

How bout the people on the freeway who believe that they are the damn police! They see you coming up faster than the rest of traffic so they move into your lane just to slow you down, and usually try to get you blocked in by a semi if at all possible. That makes their fuckin day!

Or people that pass you just to drive slower than you? We were going down to a race in a caravan of about 60 cars. This kid in an Integra kept cutting us off (we're in my buddies E36) just to go 60-65 while we're all doing 80-85. Then we pass him again. Then he decides he wants to do 90, and gets in front of us to do 60-65. After about the 6 or 7th he did that we went off to the front of the caravan.

being a motorcycle rider, i developed a sixth sense to always be prepared for idiot drivers in general... especially in NJ where we are 47th out of 50 states in being the worst drivers... i always expect for them to do something stupid.

wife was exceeding the exit ramp speed limit/ spun out, crashed & now has her car in the shop for a little over a month now... guess she'll be one of those turtles now! her sis in law did same thing w/ a minivan (which does keep you "seperated" from the road).

that's just it/ regular/experienced drivers can take those offramps @ that speed...

unfortunately, like most ex-NYCers, who don't know their vehicles, took it @ those speeds, but didn't recover from the oversteer or understeer.

wifey/ honda accord/wet-damp ramp, maybe oil-slicked from the residue... bent suspension units on pass side rear... cop suspect going too fast, but the way she ended up in the on ramp on the other side, he let her slide w/out a ticket.

sis in law, on the other hand, going too fast as well for an offramp---after owning the minivan for 2 whole weeks... got a ticket & had my wifey in passenger seat; 10k+ in medical payments. she still drives like a nut.

or how bout when your on a two lane freeway. and there are two semi trucks in BOTH the lanes. both of them going mmm....55-60ish and you can see the traffic just stackin up behind you
