Help please

88 Honda Civic LX
-Not getting any spark
-No problem codes on ECU (But ECU is working)
-New spark plugs
-New battery
What do you guys suggest?
I'm thinking something to do with the distributor, the cap, the rotor, or the coil. Do any of those sound probable? I don't have endless funds, so I'm trying to narrow it down.
Thanks.
J

no spark is most likely coil, but it could possibly be the cap, if all the terminals are bad. If it's not the coil, it's the distributor itself (or the ignitor), just replace it.
If you're getting fuel, then it's not the fuel pump, main relay, or ecu. So, check to see if your are getting fuel, by putting the key to on, and slightly loosen the fuel line from the fuel rail. fuel will spit out if you have fuel. Tighten it back up afterwards.
