f1 on players run...new one possibly?
I just quickly glanced through the american and european threads and didnt see this car in any of them. Taken by a fellow teck guy who was on the players run, the front plate looks familiar though.

Re: f1 on players run...new one possibly?
Well it's not really a new one, but I only learned two days ago that this car had made it to the USA, so I have not added it to the American fleet thread yet.
This is chassis #011 - one of the best looking McLaren F1s in the world to be honest, though I'd make some changes in the interior if it were mine. Great scoop btw - you get >8^) ER |

Re: f1 on players run...new one possibly?
Hi Phil-
The F1 was not seen at the start or any of the other junctions on the tour to my knowledge. It seems to have shown up at one of the stops in Colorado - either Aspen or Denver. We'll know more soon I am sure. Edit: It was Aspen. http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=117295 >8^) ER |

Re: f1 on players run...new one possibly?
And in less than a day, I think I've already managed to procure the owner's name and location.
I'm about 90% scratch that 100% certain he's the man in the blue shirt seen in this photo: ![]() News at 11:00 >8^) ER Last edited by Peloton25; 06-16-2006 at 11:21 AM. |

Founder of Starbucks? No other reason to be at one with the cup's logo facing the camera on a wireless LAN of the shop.
Edit: LOL! You put "nocheating" for the pic's name when I right clicked to find more! I've done the same before, hah. |

Re: f1 on players run...new one possibly?
Not a resident of Colorado, neither is the car from what I have been told.
He is on the billionaires list for the state he is from though. ![]() That's actually another clue as it narrows the field to just 793 people in the world, and even further if you subrtract the 78 females on that list. Maybe my clues aren't all that helpful though ![]() >8^) ER |
