Misfiring 2000 95 V6

Hello, 2000 95SE V-6 Getting a misfire on occasion, mostly while driving, sometimes at idle. Feels like its running out of gas. It is subtle, never stalls, no check-engine light, but is getting worse. Fuel filter replaced, spark plugs replaced. Timing belt replaced (was due).
I read that either a camshaft or crankshaft sensor will cause this?? Any ides would be appreciated. Thank you!
