Re: Does anyone know how to tighten up the torsion bars?
the location of the torsion bars tension bolts would be located almost at the back of the cab under the truck.
They each have one bolt that controls the tension, "they sit up in the cross member at the back end of the torsion bar". I have mine cranked up a good way to accomodate the rear suspension modifications I have made and have done so on many other trucks without a problem. Tightening the bolts adds more tension to the bars,. Just make sure you do this evenly.
