pretty much all the d series are the same. just little tweaks here and there that made them different. i took my header off the 89 Si's d16a6 and put it on the '00 Ex's d16y8. so i would assume it will work. i know eric has a 88-91 version on his zc.

I dont think that header would work for you because it says for DOHC motor or 92 and above DX etc...

i would e-mail them and point out the typeo. there was no 88-91 dohc (except for the JDM SiR b16...and they were talking USDM product).

i think it will work. it's talking about sockets for the o2 because after 91, they changed it a little (newer engine have a 4 wire o2 sensor). as i mentioned before, from 88-00 the bottom end is basically the same. so the same shape header can be used because they made a provision for the 4 wire sensor.

again, i took my header off the 89 d16a6 and stuck it on the 00 d16y8 with no troubles.

the key is to buy d series parts for a d series block...b series parts for a b series block. other part that fit 88-00 are cam gear & under drive pulley to give ya an example. honda was very smart to keep it interchangable...little money is spend on design and yet the part fits several years...if it isn't broke, don't fix it
